I've been using a food diary I designed on an Excel spreadsheet and thought others might find it useful.
When you enter numbers into the BMs section (the left side of the diary) , they will also show as a bar graph at the bottom. I've found using it helps me quickly spot any differences in BMs due to food change.
I've added a few example numbers in Jan - just delete these and add your own.
