Check your local stores freezer section for several of the items mentioned above if you don't feel like cooking. Even some of the deli's are carrying cooked items such as sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, and even chicken breast. My mainstays were natural peanut butter, fruit sauces, gnocchi (from Trader Joes), frozen spinach with some cheese on top, yogurt. I know it's tough to be on the pred and not eat, but I did as some of the other posters mentioned, just ate healthy stuff! Good luck! ps, I was on 60 mg of pred....can you imagine what my appetite was like, lol!
