Started Movi-Prep (DON'T KNOW IF I CAN FINISH!!)

Ok I just started this movi-prep and man I don't know if I can finish this stuff I'm not even to the first line (8oz) of my first liter and I'm struggling bad! I have piece of extra polar ice gum in my mouth and let me tell you its not even touching the salty taste and thats whats getting me please anyone if you have any advice on what I should do then please post cause my colono is at 9:30am it is now 6:49 pm and I just don't know what to do. I have to have this done for extreme pain in my lower bowels ever since my hysterectomy the pain is just unbearable as I no longer have the pressure sensation that people have to let them know they have to have a bowel movement mine was replaced with pain. So PLEASE help!!!!!!

Thank you so much for answering..... So is there a set amount of time that you have to have the first bottle gone? Or can I just sip little bits at a time cuz my hubby is timing me lol...... How long did it take you to drink it?

I have to drink 2 liters total one tonight and the 2nd in the early A.M, the problem I'm having right now is I feel full all the way to the top of my neck! Every time I take another drink it makes me even more full and I feel like it's gonna just come right back up........ This sucks you would think they would come out with a 8oz drink you could chug to clean someone out quick instead of this nasty stuff they make you drink I mean the taste isn't so bad it's the salty after taste that's getting me, if that salty yuck wasn't there I would be able to chug it sigh.... but I'm about a little less than half way threw it so I know I will make it threw this bottle it's the 2nd one at 5am I know I will struggle with....... Thank you for your help

It might be too late for this; however, my GI has me do two rectal fleet enemas instead. The first time, he only did a partial sigmoidoscopy. My flare was too severe for anything more evasive than that. The other two times, I asked him if I could use the fleet enemas like before. He had no objections.

He tells me not to eat anything after about 6:00? pm. I wake up late the next day so that I don't have to feel hungry and do the rectal fleet enemas. I poo everything out, and then go to my doctor's office about two? hours after doing the fleet enemas to get the sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy done.

I have never had to drink anything.

And remember to drink plenty of water to protect the kidneys.
