External hemmies, if it's not huge and black, it's hopeful that using external creams and sitz baths will soothe it.

You should consider rectal meds. I don't suggest them because they aren't helpful.

I would also suggest you use fibre supplements and probiotics.

Are you doing weight lifting, having lots of gas, sitting for long periods of time, having either straining during bms or harder bms?
