They are beautiful! I'm sure they helped bring you some peace, mine always do.
I wish my kitties would cuddle. The play chase, but not always on the older one's terms. Although she put up with the new baby licking her head when she had a cold last week, it was so precious.

Thanks, yeah, they're great little girls.

I've never before had a cat as affectionate as Little Kiwi. She just blows my mind. She's one of those cats who likes to be held like a baby, and when I'm in my armchair, reading, she'll crawl into my lap and rub her head all over me and turn slow somersaults as she positions herself belly up for a nice long, purr-filled tummy rub. Boo liked to sit on laps but ONLY on his terms -- you couldn't pick him up & place him on your lap and have him stay.

Both of them like to play arena football with plastic bottle caps from water bottles, in the bathtub. It's hard to get a good photo of it -- I think it only works in video -- but here's what I got: http://www.flickr.com/photos/13721912@N00/5321666805/

Last week, I had a dream in which I was putting on lip gloss with a lip brush, and it was tickling like crazy and then I opened my eyes and found a kitty cat sniffing at my mouth & tickling me with her whiskers LOL

I love cats. We have two old cats that are now living with my younger daughter and boyfriend. My older daughter missed the cats; so she and her husband decided to get a Bengal cat. Bengals are a new breed, and my older daughter and husband had to wait more than a year for it. In the meantime, my older daughter lost her job. But she couldn't wait until the next little; so they got the cat and brought it home. This was over X-Mas. My granddaughter is going gaga over the new cat.

Our old cats are a tabby and half-Persian. We got them when we were living in Taiwan.

Congrats on Jinx, E.P.! He looks long & fluffy in the photos, with a nicely-shaped face & ears. Does he have a dark tail? / Old Hat (30 yrs with left-sided UC; presently in remission taking brandname Colazal)

I love cats too. I currently have a tiger domestic short hair that I found outside where I worked about 12 years ago. He's the friendliest cat I've ever known. I had a short hair black and white domestic for about 13 years, but he died last year. He was a good cat most of the time, but had a mean streak in him. I might get a pure breed someday after Tyger is gone, but not looking forward to him going anytime soon. Hopefully he will live a long life. I always seem to find cats that need a home when they need one anyway for some reason.

Congrats on the new cats to all who got them! Jinx is a beauty. I am such a cat person. I have three, and they're such a joy (when they're not being naughty scamps).

janey, they are really cute! It's great they cuddle. My cat at home was raised by a dog so he attacks strangers, but he loves my boyfriend. And when I pick him up he nuzzles his head into my hair and wraps his front legs around my neck XD

OldHat, yes his tail is dark, and it's loooong.

subdued, I love Bengals. Also Savannahs... or Serengetis, I can't remember which.
