Another doctor who says inflammation is linked to carbohydrates and omega-6 intake. Basically confirming many of the low carbohydrate high protein diets for inflammation.

Keeping the good bacteria alive is hard, but possible. Because of that, I have started a blog http://dzenwolf.blogspot.com/ which covers only treatments I have tried and I find very effective.
