If I don't exercise my body becomes lethargic... I need continuous exercise and stimulation or my mind becomes negative, I think I have mild depression; I can't think as clearly and I become very restless :)
I guess I am kind of the opposite...
However, I never do the same "routine," one day I will ride my bike wherever looks nice, play some squash, lift a few weights, go for a nice jog, hike a mountain, ski tour. I think keeping one's activities from becoming monotonous or chore-like is key too. Gotta keep it fun :)
