Heat or Ice, take your pick. All the above suggested are good advice. Whichever works best for you. A Hot Shower, Hot Tub. Get in the Heated Therapy Pool at your Gym. Or Ice/ Cold Bath.
If all else fails, Physical Therapy can be beneficial. That would of course need to be ran though your DR. And I presume, you could get there. They have tools like TENS, and can do massage. And Aquatic Therapy. A PT stint helped me a lot.
