Ok. Doctor gave me Lialda, twice a day to go along with the Canasa, twice a day. So far, it's working pretty good. Let's see how it goes.

Good luck. Oh and if you get insane headaches soon, don't panic. That's normal and will go away in a few. Taking 2 of those Skunk Pills is a lot easier than some other Mesalamines.

Thank you. I'll keep that in mind. My doctor called me today to see how I was doing. I love this doctor! He said if I have any issues, he will try something else.

I've been on Lialda about
a month and I think its helping. Doctor said it can take 6 weeks or so to really kick in fully. I haven't had any side effects that I know of...

I've been on Lialda for the past two years and have no problems with it! It;s a lot better than some of the other medications out there! :)

Me too with LIALDA, 2 a day, every day. I like them better than the ASACOL or the generic crap I was getting from India.
Down to 20mg a day with the Prednisone. My pred course IS working and I am SO thankful.
