4-tablespoons of hemp protein everyday - u can get 3lbs autoshipped monthly; saves u a ton of $$$
high fiber cereal
High quality aloe juice - I used Lily of the Desert
high quality probiotic. I used Schiff and Foodsciences of Vermont. take high doses daily
RELAXING and calming mind

Michael's Naturopathic D3/K2 5000iu (NOT SURE HOW MUCH THIS REALLY HELPED)
After about
one month I had no symptoms at all. Once I got off the aloe juice and ate cheese, they came back. It's an expensive diet, but the results are worth it. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
