I know of all symptoms this is probably the easiest to deal with but just checking if y'all have rumbly or grumbly stomachs too? I am actually not have many BM's at the moment but stilly tummy sounds really angry, no pain just grumbly. Anyone else get that too?

When I was flaring my stomach was always very noisey. Now that I am feeling better, I will have it once in a while but never how it was while flaring.

Makes sense just sometimes I feel me and my tummy are having a conversation aha although i did have a colonoscopy a few days ago then went on a strict diet so it's probably just airy and gassy from all that as well.

Probably something you're eating or ate. Can be anything really, from chips to red meat.
Trial and error. Eliminate. Nuff' said.

Yes. If I eat sugarless candy, it will sound like a thunderstorm in my abdomen.

Keep a food journal and avoid any foods/beverages that cause your tummy to be loud.

murphys law states my stomach will only be loud when I'm in a quiet room with a bunch of other people

Yes, when I'm flaring my tummy constantly rumbles. It's really loud and can get really annoying even though it's not painful always. It goes away when my flare goes away.

Yes, indeed, it used to gurgle like a sink drain! You may have some residual irritation from the scoping/biopsy process that could take extra days to settle down. I find slow-cooked farina helpful with calming that situation. / Old Hat (30 yrs with left-sided UC; presently in remission taking brandname Colazal)

I'm new here but often wondered the same thing.  I've had two flares and the "rumblies" as we call them were a very prominent attribute and a "signal" that I was going to make a fast trip to the bathroom.  I still have occasionally and get nervous :(....
