Lean cuisine will have excess salt, fat and carbs you don't need. Cereal will have excess sugar. Yes, pineapple has a lot of sugar but it's naturally occurring. Eat homemade lunches and dinners, stock up on fruits, vegetables and burn more calories.
Don't quote me on this, but I think if a woman eats 2,000 calories she can burn 500. Don't go less than 1,200 calories. All you'll lose is water weight and possibility muscle.
Exercise everyday on top of dancing.
