Honestly, I think the silver bullet is a serious combination of things. Vitamin D, alongside magnesium, which is another critically deficient mineral in most Americans, is just part of the combination.
I spent a full half hour laying in the sun today after I read this post yesterday haha. The good news, no need for that helicopter CollegeStudent! I found a sweet spot right between where I park my car and the fence to the next apartments that has about 3 foot of space. It's private, just enough for me to lie down with a towel, and gets direct sunlight all day. It's about as good as a backyard
But getting dropped off by chopper to the roof of my apt everyday would just be f'n sweet. On an epic scale. The neighbors might not appreciate it, but who cares about them anyway! I got needs!
Could always just repel down...
I plan on hitting up the sun, especially now that it's summer, every day I can. Looking forward to a good tan, if not some serious help for the old gut.
If you ever make it to So Cali CollegeStudent, hit me up. A few drinks and some UC horror stories would make for an excellent time ;-)
Haha awesome spot, go get em!
And surely, I'll hit you up if you're up for it. :]

I might have over done it with the vitamin D. I was taking about 30,000 IU a day and was feeling great. I think it was too much because I have had flu like symptoms for about 5 days. My BM's have gone up and I saw lots of blood for the first time in awhile. It could have been the LDN but I have been doing that for about two weeks now. Maybe it was the new protein shake I started..? Its hard to not do too much at once sometimes.
It's good that you are getting a lot of Vitamin Ds from the pills but sometimes, supplements don't do well along with me(personal experience). I think it's b/c they are like food(harder to absorb since synthetic), even though the ones that I have don't contain sugar/additives/preservatives, they can trigger problems for me. I found this out by doing process of elimination with food/supps. Took me a while.
Everyone says a multi-vitamin with nothing harmful added can't do bring up symptoms/pain but apparently, it does for me. Just like some people are born with gluten/lactose intolerance. Find out what works for you for supplementation.
