Limeades or cranberry juice helps me with nausea or homeade soup with veggie,chicken broth,almond milk, or coconut milk with carrotts,celery,onions,garlic, tumeric,cayenne,salt,and chiken if you can tolerate that. Banana or avacado with the spices mentioned above(anti-inflammatory)Crystallized ginger, ginger tea, or real licorice. or a plain potato
