I love cabbage, in any form- mainly raw! Coleslaw, sauerkraut, you name it. I can't eat giant helpings day after day, but I do eat it with other dishes, as a side, & I can have 2-3 servings fine. It doesn't seem to incerase gas any more than any other veg for me- plus I like the fiber it gives me, the way it seems to push things thru the digestive system.
