I think the sat. fat from veggies is not as bad as sat. fat from animal sources though???? It's worth it, so good. I don't like soy ice cream, but coconut milk ice cream is pretty darned good.
Doesn't coconut have sat? And yes, sat fat from animals is worse. Not so much from veggies though. I think they're the good kind that our body can process easier.
With cherries, even if I eat a little, they go right through me within 12 hours. I'm not meaning loose stools. I'm meaning chunky, watery stool. Oh well. Something to avoid.
