I think these charts really do not tell us much. For example, it rates vitamin D very high now but less than 10 years ago it was considered an almost useless vitamin mainly for preventing rickets. Same with folic acid. A few years ago it was considered so useless that it was unlawful to place more than 1/10 mg in a multiple vitamin. Now research indicates that it essential for heart health and preventing birth defects.
Who knows what is considered useless today will be considered crucial tomorrow.
