Nutrient deficiencies can contribute to UC fatigue-- iron, B-vitamins, potassium, calcium, vit D & such. My bloods tested well, though, when I complained to my gastro about steady fatigue last fall, despite being in remission. Then after frigid winter weather hit my region, I started feeling better! Go figure! I think we may be done in at times by mold spores in the environment, depending on climate changes. We should also rest whenever our bodies feel the need-- even if it's just taking a 10-30 minute nap. (Not easy for a working UCer to do, alas!) / Old Hat (30 yrs with left-sided UC; presently in remission taking brandname Colazal)
