Congrats on the pregnancy! Here's wishing you a happy and healthy nine months!
Here is a great article about pregnancy and IBD. It covers a variety of topics, but the best part, IMO, is that it reviews all the different meds and the risks/benefits of using them in pregnancy.

You have to copy and paste the link in your browser window, b/c it won't work as a clicky link for some reason.
Anyway, I do know that several women on this board and the Crohn's board have given birth to perfectly healthy babies while on Imuran. So I'd for sure talk to your GI about it. My husband and I are considering having another baby soon (depending on what my upcoming scope shows and what my GI thinks), and I have no hesitations about staying on my current meds, as mesalamine is quite safe to use during pregnancy. So if I were you, I would not stop the Asacol.
As for probiotics, yes, you can get them by eating yogurt, but the amount of probiotics in yogurt is generally MUCH less than what you can get in a high-quality supplement.
