I'm no Dr. but I'd say get a full blood test(CBC is Complete Blood Test), Metabolic Panel, Vit D, Testosterone(not sure if you are male), Thyroid, Iron, Serathin White Blood Cells, etc etc, as much as you can. If your Dr doesn't agree, I'd ask to see another one. Doesn't sound normal what you are feeling, I recently saw an Integrative Internist/GI Dr who ordered these, we found my Vit D and testosterone was very low and are addressing it, I feel LOTS better
how about a B12 shot? They are like $10 and make me feel great for a week or two. Spa's and Dr offices give them out, minimal/no pain for the good it does!
Also, not sure if you tolerate raw veggies, but I recommend the book "Green for Life". Try some dark greens like Kale and/or Swiss Chard. I add other items in the blender to make it taste good, I feel so much better getting the nutrients I need
I also get a lot of headaches, we did a Cat Scan, have you tried that? For me it came back negative, no head injury etc, so we are addressing it via Rx, and healthy food/exercise.
Stress aches? Do you exercise? Have you thought about meditation or Yoga? Studies show both help tremendously with stress, and pain.
