Any fears, insecurities, or frustrations you need to vent?

I know some of you are probably feeling a bit miserable, but I'm hoping we can try and make a positive thing happen today, so that we can all feel a little better. :)

Physically UC wise feeling very good. Tomorrow going to see a specialist out of Penn about possibly trying for another baby. That has me a little nervous. Grateful every day that I feel good and try to make the best of it.

Banana- can you just lay it all out on the line with him? So you don't have any regrets.

To what end Joanna? My opinion is that if he was interested in you, he'd have the ring on your finger. He obviously loves you as his best friend...you'll take a risk to lose that friendship if you burden him with that truth.

Think seriously of all what could come of it....and the repercussions and possible regrets afterward.   Unless you can say it in a way without it being a burden of admission, giving your best to them for a happy future, etc.  Who's to say it'll work out....

I understand your plight, truly.....you will risk, but if it makes your heart lighter....maybe he already knows how you feel....and you'll be at peace with the admission.  I just hope once he knows he doesn't tell his girlfriend.

I have those same regrets from when I was your age. I am now 41 and still bothered by it. Follow your heart.

WEll, that puts a totally different slant on it. For some stupid reason I assumed he got engaged to actually WANT to get married.

See how much it helps to have more information...so you have nothing to lose to say how you feel.

BUT....here's my next question. Why in the world Would you want to be with someone who is that, well um...don't have exactly the word without insulting you.

Maybe not such a hard decision.

Hey Wingzero and everyone else following this feed.
I have some anxiety and frustrations, looking for some ideas/advice.
I was diagnosed with UC in May of this year, was on prednisone taper, finshed Aug 15th.
Since then have been taking Mezavant and Imuran daily and things have been good up until
this past weekend. Started having traces of blood and mucus in my stool.
Am also experiencing pressure on my bottom.
Forgot to mention that i was diagnosed initially with proctitis back in Dec 2010.
Could this be the proctitis? I realize the mezavant sits in the colon to reduce inflamation but
I don't think it helps with lower inflamation ??
I have an appt to see my GI on Nov 4th.
Should I call and try to get in sooner or just leave it for now?
Bowel movements are still formed....no diarreah... knock on wood.
