can actually aid yourself with lactose intolerance....you avoid it completely for aprox 4 months, then you pick a day, have a small amount, avoid it for 4 days, then you increase the amount a bit more and avoid for 3 days and so on until you're able to ingest it each day at the same time slowly increasing the amount you ingest.
Or you can definitely try lactaid milk and pills/drops.
I've been lactose intolerant 2 times in my life so far. At present it's not an issue, but it hasn't been since I started using probiotics daily.
