Anyone had success upping Imuran/6MP/Etc?

Hi all! Went to my first doctor's visit since hospitalization. My prometheus test showed I was on the low end for therapeutic range of Imuran. I have been on 100mg for 6 years. We are going to up it to 150 mg for 3 weeks and recheck blood work and liver tests.

Curious as to wether anyone saw improvement from increasing an immune suppresent dose?

I got the picc line out today. SOOO glad to be off TPN! I will start Remicade the week after Thanksgiving. I'm holding steady! Tired from the last two week but hanging in there.

I started Aza in September last year and have had three flare ups since i started the Aza on 50mg but blood work showed that this low dose wasn't having any effect on me so they started me on 100 mg in December but end of December i had a flare and and blood work showed that it still wasn't fully in my system so in January this year the hospital started me on 200mg of aza and finally clockwork showed i had a good amount of it in my system however i have still had two flare ups one in June which i was hospitalized and im currently having a flare now. Personally speaking i don't really know about the effectiveness of this drug but from what i have read the body can become immune to it.

Lol i just checked my post sorry for the errors was writing it off my phone with predictive text on so if you see clockwork its mean to say blood work lol sorry
