My opinion, obviously.......I doubt corn put you in a 3 month flare....but one would notice certain foods as a culprit because they're more obvious.
I have no problem with corn, although I don't eat it often. I would definitely see it in the toilet the next morning (I guess I don't chew as well as I should) and my stool might be looser and the corn might be floating, depending on how much I ate.
Creamed corn...less obvious since it's already "chewed" before going in.
Don't equate seeing it in the toilet and a change in what your stool looks like to being disagreeable. Chew it well and see how you do.
