Krill Oil anyone taking it over fish oil?

I bought Krill oil from Dr. Mercola's website the one for Women that have the evening prim rose in it for PMS, has anyone tried it? Fish oil gives me diarreah (what doesn't LOL) so I thought I would switch.

Let me know your thoughts on this.

I just started taking it yesterday because I can't swallow the fish oil caps.  I'll let you know...

I've also started taking Mercola's krill oil for women, but I'm not convinced it's superior to high quality fish oil caps, so I'm actually alternating both.

I use Krill oil but only Krill Doctor Professional. Krill Doctor Professional is one of the best sources for Omega-3 fatty acids and it is shipped free.

How are you doing? HOw are you feeling?

I used to use Dr. Mercola's Krill oil, I know they are the best on the market.

But I've stopped because I found the pills too big to swallow, and had a few cases where the pills got stuck in my throat and I was choking. I've always had major problems swallowing pills.

Interesting study on Krill being much more effective than other Fish oils and it stopped UC in that mouse study.

Krill Oil protects against colitis.

I am going hard on it as soon as my shipment from purity products gets here. Doing fine now but just noticed trouble signs 2 days ago... grrr...

P.S. You can also give Astaxanthin a try, it's a great anti-inflammatory and even more powerful than CoQ-10!

I use Chia instead of fish oil. I like it because it's something I can add to my yogurt and because it's a soluble fiber. It has as much omega 3 as fish but doesn't leave an after taste. You can read more about it at www.getchia.com And I really like this company. I order the product online and have it within a couple of days.

Thankfully I tolerate fish oil and can swallow big capsules so no problem but if you study how Krill oil differs from fish oil, it essentially contains Astaxanthin in addition to 'fish oil', so for those who can tolerate why not add Astaxanthin supplement in addition to good quality fish oil?
