Im still not sure if im lactose intolerant or casei intolerant (thanks insofla for the specification i was looking for).
However i always seems bloated and i can feel the cold of the dairy in my left side actually a few minutes after having it.
I noticed im more sensitive to fresh milk, yogourt, cream, processed cheeses.
Im not doing well on matured cheeses and butter. I also take yakult probiotics. Any thoughts of than?
I'm a similar case. Don't know if I'm lactose sensitive, intolerant or if it is about
casein... For now, I just don't care anymore, as I'm not a biggest fan of diary myslef. Had my share when I was a kid and that's it
Sometimes I just eat a little of home made cottage cheese (made from organic low-fat kefir) and usually it's ok with my gut. Some cheese - yeah, ok as well. Butter - oh nooo, fresh milk - even bigger nooo, matured cheese - only in full remission.
Recently, I've started using Silk PureAlmond milk unsweetened, in vanilla for my shakes and coffee, and it's ok. But have another brand in the fridge, Almond Breeze with carrageenan... yeah, maybe after half a gallon I won't flare.
