Time for ldn???

Hi everyone,
I have been on pentasa since December. Prior to that I was on Lialda and asacol. I also take rowasa as needed. My dr gave me a prescription for Ldn in December and asked I give the pentasa a month before trying the Ldn if I didn't get any results. Well, the pentasa worked and I was doing great. 1-2 times a day, fully formed, no urgency. In the last couple of weeks I have had about 4 incidents where I will see blood when I wipe. Still fully formed, no diarrhea, no urgency, and still 2 times a day. I started the enemas again on Saturday night and did it again on Sunday. Forgot last night and just saw some blood now when I wiped. Ok, so enough gross information... What should I do?? Get the prescription for Ldn filled? Keep doing the enemas every night for 3 weeks straight?? We are trying to have a baby so I don't necessarily want to start a new medicine right now. Also my bloodwork in December showed my vitamin d levels to be really low. I just found out a couple of weeks ago and have been taking a supplement. Also, I take melatonin sometimes to help sleep. Should I be taking it every night? Does it really help with this dreadful disease?

Rowasa suppositories?? Never heard of them! How come my dr hasn't prescribed these??

The rx says:
Naltrexone 4.5 mg po gel

It wasn't easy for me to get it. I called and asked. The PA asked her to prescribe it for me. She refused at first, but said she would be willing to discuss with me if I went it. I made an appt and we talked about it for a while. She gave me the rx and asked me to give the pentasa a chance.

What are the side effects? I'm kinda scared to try something new. Trying to get pregnant again.
