When I flare, really big, I don't even think about
coffee. My body don't want it then
But when things are ok, I love my coffee, 1-2 cups, before noon usually. But I drink really strong, usually black, w/o sugar or cream (sometimes just a splash of something white). Coffee usually makes me "to go", but I've also noticed that it's easier on my guts when it's just regular black.
But to be honest, I drink coffee because I like it. It's like my moment of peace during a day. When I can't drink it, it's ok - I'm not addicted to it.
