VSL#3 Packets or Capsules?

Does anybody see a difference between using VSL#3 packets versus the capsules? I have done both, but was on the packets first when I was at my worst. When I went back for my refill, all the pharmacy had was the capsules so I refilled with those. I improved so I stopped using it all together (another dumb move on my part!).

I am getting ready to purchase more and was wondering if anyone has had better results with one over the other.

IMO definitely the packets, and you'll get exponential results if you mix them with the slippery elm powder.

I got the packets but I can't handle the gross flavor :( Wanna trade? Seriously though, is there any way I can sell them or something :-/

I have all of a sudden (with my last flare up) become intolerant to artificial sweeteners and had to stop taking the VSL packets because they have maltose in them and it was giving me D. I stopped and no more D.
