I've started Slippery Elm a few weeks before. It took me some time to figure out the best daily "schedule" for all the stuff I'm taking. It seems that it works the best when I take it before bed, in a mixture of water (juice), VSL#3 DS (1 sachet) and fiber and Slippery Elm. Since switching to this routine, I have no urgency issues in the morning, no bloating and gas. My guts are calmer during the night, and morning BM looks good. So will stick with this schedule for a bit and see
Trying out different routines I just kept in mind, that Slippery Elm should be taken 2 hours before or after the meal, pills, other supplements (vit). And since VSL on its own hasn't made a big difference for me, I tried it with the Slippery Elm and it looks like I'm getting somewhere with it.
