*This is kind of a rant... just feeling crappy and knew you would get it and relate.
ugh. I feel awful. I'm not used to being stuck at home, and missing my exercise. Was in 'remission' for about 4months and now within a few days I'm in a pretty bad flare. It came on so fast. On the toilet more than I was off of it today. I started almost immediately doing enemas and canasa suppositories at night. Been trying to look back at the past few weeks to see what could have contributed to it. I have been 90% gluten free. One area that has changed, is that I started eating a lil more sugar. And I went out to dinner a few times bc it was my bday and I had relatives in town.
What do some of you do when at the start of a flare, that helps decrease symptoms/ or shortens flare up.?
-like I said above, I just started with enemas and suppositories. A few years ago i used to go on prednisone, but had done several bouts of it, in short amount of time so dr said no more.
-food now: applesauce, ritz crackers, ...??
