I'm so sorry you're feeling so lousy.
Sounds like either food poisoning or a major intestinal bug to me.
I would suggest going on bowel rest, just do liquids for a few days - protein shakes with almond milk will ensure you're getting some good amino acids.
Also for the D, start taking some L-Glutamine powder with a little water on an empty stomach.
That should help alot.
On a side note, I'm happy to see the LDN has worked so well for you.
