Funny, the other day I bought some of "everything" thin pretzels from Safeway, because I forgot to get them at Whole Foods. The packaging was very similar, so I didn't think of reading the ingredients (my bad!) I
opened the bag and took out a couple and ick, the only thing I could really taste was the sugar. I told my husband how sweet they tasted and asked him to taste them -- same thing. Checked the ingredient label and first thing on there is sugar. No wonder we have obesity issues in this country!! We've cut out almost all sugar except for agave, but it's amazing how easy it is now to tell what's full of sugar if your silly enough not to read the label...like me! Cutting out sugar has been helpfull for my systems and also my husband who is pre-diabetic.
