I never thought probiotics did anything for me. however, recently stools are looser, i ran out of my benebiotics 2 weeks ago and have not repurchased, thinking they werent doing anything. but maybe they were helping? i'm trying to connect the dots and figure out if the loose stools started around the cessation of the benebiotics. I still drink homemade kefir daily so i thought i was getting my probiotics. however the benebiotics has sach boulardi which maybe homemade doesnt, ?
