Hello there. I can relate as im a bit like you.
My meds are working now. I got rid of urgencies, mucous, cramps and blood. I didnt have lots of blood anyway and not a lot of diarrhe im more a constipated with lots of mucus kind of girl.
I have done a scope a month ago and it showed the lowest degree of inflammation. So basically I feel in remission. I can trust my body and plan things. Im going one time know in the morning.
But I still have small stools. Thin but not too thin, kind of short. So instead of having 2 to 3 well formed bananas (sorry for the graphic) I'm going to have the whole pack of mini bananas. Id reckon it;s the same quantity has a healthy formed stool but the delivery is different. I don't bother too much at the moment about it. Because im down to one bm a day and no mucous. So im far better than before and things take somuch time. It took ages for the mucous to go.
Also I have constant hemmroids wich can create thin stools. After having a flare and many trips to the toilet you can end up with those as well.
I woldnt worry, be patient and be consistant with your meds.
I would say as well that some food can give you thin stools as well like sausages, processed cheese, any curry and so on. But tha's me.
