Salmon and Curry well well well. I use turmeric every day, that is my medicine. I eat salmon and filet mignon. Spinach helps too. I used vegetable protein now Pure Green Protein. I also boil up eggs and eat 2 every morning and Greek yogurt.
Remission will be 2 years at the end of summer but end of summer is when I flare so I stopped taking doxycycline for a massive wasp attack that caused my arm to swell up. I am aggravating my remission with D-Stunner a terrific preworkout stimulant drink unfortuntately they put creatine monohydrate in there which is not necessary. Making gains in the gym so taking it for now, body fat low, belong to 3 gyms and doing daily cardio running around lake, biking and rollerblading.
