Well, I made some progress. I broke down to my mom last night, who lifted me up spiritually. And then I sent an email to my doctor about
looking into seeing a rheumy doctor to rule out any possibilities. His response was,
"We did some testing on this front initially and everything was negative - your anti-nuclear antibody and inflammation levels were all normal and if that is the case, rheumatologists are normally not interested. With that said, I don't have a great explanation for your pains except that it may be related to whatever is going on with your gut." It sounds like he is ruling out rheumatoid arthritis... based on the Metametrix gut function/immune test I just did.
I agree with his other part, in saying how it will be more trouble than its worth to be diagnosed with another condition. Now i'm asking him if the supplement Zyflamend will be of any help to me? Both of my parents have come-and-go tendonitis. And i'm not going to lie, when the internet wasnt the center of attention in the 90's,... there was me spending all my time late 90's early 2000's on the computer, building web sites, playing games, succumbing to bad posture and possible hand pain!
I'm still looking into enthesitis, but the little bits of information i've read isnt very similar to my localized areas of pain from hip to wrist/hand to shoulder.
And, whats weirder is that I wake up in the middle of the night in pain, having to take a pain reliever and try to go back to sleep. But once I'm out of bed, the pain is lesser and more able to deal with, not so much of a bother!
I'm going to remove this mattress-topper for my bed, that my parents got me when I was... 16? Maybe this has to do with back issues weighing on nerves that are sending to other parts of my body. Either that or I'm sleeping wrong...
