That's a good point, Deja-vu. There are SO many ideas out there, and since different things work for different people, it is a little overwhelming. If I had to do it all over, I would start off a little more organized: maybe keep a notebook in which to track everything. I picture a page for probiotocs, a page for supplements, prescription meds, dietary changes, alternative therapies, etc. to keep track of all the ideas I hear about, and then go through the lists one thing at a time, starting with the thing that is the easiest, makes the most sense or has the least amount of side-effects. Make notes about doseages, time-frames, etc, as you cross each one off the list, and have another section of the notebook to keep track of habits, diet, bowel movements, symptoms, etc. After you've been doing this for enough years, it is difficult to remember what you tried and for how long, etc., and it's always good to have records to look back on when you're stumped or not sure where to go next. In fact, I would highly recommend this idea to anyone who is recently diagnosed. In FACT, I might start doing this now! LOL
