We are all different, been exploring diet for awhile now.
Not so good things about
red meat, high meat protein loads in general, heme, protein fermentation in the distal gut, fats possibly producing the wrong type of bile, sulfur amino acids feeding sulfite reducers, corn fed containing bad n6/n3 ratio, increased net acid metabolic load if not enough veggies eaten.
Many people do well on Paleo diets, butI can't help but wonder when humans became really efficient at killing, and they had lots of meat to eat.
Like I said still looking into the subject, not against meat,at this time. We also have a few vegetarians on the site with UC,hard to explain, except perhaps high sulfur foods and or net acid loads. Then again if I really knew what was going on I would have cured myself.
I have had some reduction in symptoms with low linoleic acid diet and supplement with fish oil. Implicit is a low linoleic acid diet is a severe
cutback in processed foods.
This is interesting.

I seem to remember that on SCD many do not due well with the nuts.
Sulfur amino acids and immune function, seems we need them but how much.
