Celebrating 1 year in remission. What to do....

Remission for me is almost as normal a life as possible. I actually feel better then before I was diagnosed. Probably because I know I am winning this battle....at the moment lol.

Bm wise, like clockwork every 26 hours.
Diet:
8 am- protein shake with a cup and a half of oats
11 am- 6 oz chicken, 2 cups spaghetti no sauce with a banana
130pm- 8 oz steak(ultra leaned) with 2 cups spaghetti
4 pm - 6 oz chicken 1 cup oatmeal 1 apple
Workout
7pm 2 scoops protein
730 pm -1.5 cans tuna with 1 cup pasta and sauce
10pm- 4 eggs 4 egg whites, 3 pieces toast
3 am 1 cup Greek yogurt

It varies a little but for the most part it's pretty bang on. I have my cheat days but pay for them.

Supplements-lactose free protein shakes, pre workout energy drink post workout is creatine in shake.

Meds- imuran 150 mg a day.

I am also experimenting with testosterone and nandrolone decanoate as a possible treatment and everything is going fantastic with that. Hoping they can start trials for others as I know this has worked for others around here.

HI Zoolander Congrats!!! Do you think Imuran was the key for you? I'm on the fence about taking it because of the side effects. How long starting imuran did you notice a difference? Any side effects for you?

Also what kind of protein drink do you take and work out drink "energy" do you before hand. I think you are eating almost yeast free and this helps too!

Congrats! Please let me know asap about the imuran, I'm really on the fence about it and thank you for writing back and OMG I'm so happy for you and I envision a change for me too!

Thanks everyone!! Fruit girl I took the reward advice and downed 2 liters of lactose free milk and an entire deep and delicious double chocolate cake. Delicious!!!!

Therearemiracles: my suggestion is to do whatever is necessary to get your body into a healthy state and it will have the best chance of healing. Imuran did help but took 6 months to start working and the first month was rough. But I'll take a couple vomit sessions of 20 bms a day easy. So I would say go for it. I don't get the head aches and other side effects so I guess I'm lucky there. As far as supplements my protein is Xtreme Power whey, which has lactase enzymes added to it and in my opinion is about the best money can buy. The preworkout drink is White Flood by controlled labs. The lowest amount of caffeine and it doesn't bug me, about the only pre made on the market that I can say that about.
Also I suggest eating at least your body weight or more in protein as it is what worked for me when imuran was still a little shady. I'm currently eating between 300-350 grams a day and 400-500 grams of carbs with little bad fats. Stick to good fats, avocados and natural peanut butter. I stress NATURAL peanut butter. Big difference from the everyday junk.
