remicade and kidneys problems

Hi all,
hope some1 can advise.
I had my 1st remicade infusion 2 wks ago. it improved my uc by 80% overnight and i feel very lucky.
last wk i noticed my urine was a darker so i mentioned it to the nurse who was doing bloodwork for my 2nd infusion. she checked my urine and said there was blood present.
she then spoke to my gp and she prescribed an antibiotic.
today however i have pain in my back at the kidneys and im supposed to go for my infusion 2moro.
im still on the antibiotics and ive been on them since friday. should be enough time for them to kick in. weird my symptoms have gotten worse.
any advise people. what should i do and should i be worried?

update,
i saw the gp and she seen traces of blood in the urine again but my labs came back normal. no sign of infection. GP says its muscle related but im not convinced. the pain is far deeper than that on both sides.
The hospital wouldnt let me go ahead with the infusion even though all tests are normal except for the blood in the urine.

does any1 know what it could be.

i have to wait 2 wks for my next infusion providing all is well

I don't have experience with it...have you done any research online to see if it could have anything to do with the Remi?

not much comes up on google Quincy. im at a loss. possibly something to do with the pancreas issues or kidney stones. of antibiotics now and urine has been sent to the lab again.
