onecure - No, I'm not on medication at all. Once my symptoms went away completely (using the diet), I tapered off meds over the course of a couple weeks and haven't taken any since then. That was nearly three years ago.
The diet got rid of my bleeding, it's not just for urgency, frequency, etc.
Regarding exercise, I'm no doctor but I would think it would be safe as long as you feel like you have the energy and strength for it. Personally, I had no desire to exercise because I had no energy or strength until I started gaining weight back. I had lost twenty pounds and tore a muscle in my calf, so I was a lazy sack of you-know-what for a good while. ;-)
Whatever you decide, just don't push yourself too hard. I'm absolutely sure that my injury wouldn't have happened if my body had been healthy and normal. I've always been an athlete and fairly resilient, and I tore my muscle just squatting down! So be careful and take it slow.
soystud - I used to eat roasted and salted sunflower seeds, and they worked for me. I can't imagine why they wouldn't work in the form of a spread.
