aguywithuc, have you tried magnesium? i don't take the oral supplement because it can cause diarrhea in some people but i use magnesium oil on my skin. i got it at a health food store for about $8. you just rub it on all the bigger areas of your body- quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs. i usually do it before bed to help me sleep, but yesterday i put it on after my shower around 5 pm. i was like a zombie all night but didn't wanna turn in because it was so early. if i had let myself, i would've been out at 6 pm.
Cannot thank you enough. I picked some up on the way home and put it on my quads and it worked great to relax my muscles. After math tutoring I wanted to lie down. Not falling asleep did not bother me because I did not care I was happy to be lying down. Dozed off woke up later but did not have to eat a giant meal to get back to sleep 3 times.
This is what was missing and I cannot take magnesium in an oral supplement form.
Now I can sleep, I can get up on time and get down to work on time. I had been lifting weights to shake off the bad mornings after being up most of the night. I feel pretty good today, going to shock people at the office and show up on time.
