What goes on in our small intestine has an effect on our UC. Of course we all know about
gluten,but what else
is going on from the foods we eat and bacteria and tight junctions. What happens when food/bacteria antigens get into the blood stream, and are then presented to these dentric cells as blood antigens if that happens. Is there a feedback loop, where the dentric cells see food as a blood antigen, Are these cells present in the colon, don't know.

Then what happens if the colon dentric cells are also sampling blood antigens, since we bleed, possibly colon bacteia antigens get into the blood, then they are sampled by the dentric cells, then then then,a cycle.
