Hi
I was planning to try turmeric during this latest flare I am having- started a week back - new year gift i guess :)
Could you please let me know the brands you have been trying and feel they help during flares up.

It's absolutely harmless as a spice or herb, which can you buy in a supermarket. I use simply organic's brand, but as far as I know brand is insignifant. Just make sure its sold by itself "turmeric".
You can sprinkle on cooked foods like fish and chicken, some veggies too. Very flavorless. Good luck to you.

Thanks for replies! Sorry I meant Turmeric extract brands. I was planning to start taking turmeric extract.
I am of Indian origin and turmeric is added to all our foods but I never tried organic turmeric ..thanks for suggestion- will move to organic turmeric now.
