Hi. Thanks to whomever suggested it, I've been on them for three days and I feel more energy and more positive. I take in the am with my breakfast, fish oil and colazal. Thanks again

Is it a multivitamin? I've been looking for something a little more high-quality than Centrum that is UC-friendly.

yes it is and I like it, it's food based too! Not like Centrum

yes babeinthewoods, I totally agree! Forvia never gave me any energy. Not that I'm bouncing to the moon, but it's uplifting.

thereare miricles, are these still working for you?

centrum gives me stomach pains, currently on no multivitamin, thinking of trying these....what does food based mean? I know my gi is always saying that it is better to get your vitamins/fiber from food sources rather than a supplement...

I really really really like these! I take them in the morning after I eat breakfast so that it sits on food and not an empty stomach. My nails are looking so healthy it's amazing. I have more energy and I'm eating a lot more! Meaning, I have a appetite. Yes I would recommend them over and over :)

I'm using the woman's one multivitamin (once daily).I think you get a free shipment of advanced enzyme system to try. I also bought the gummy vitamin c slices and omg you'd think they were candy!
