Can anyone please help?
I've had a foggy head since I was diagnosed with UC, and just recently it has gotten worse.
I just had surgery to remove my appendix. Surgery went well no real complications.
Not even a flare up.
But my head has gotten so foggy.
It is always worse with food, once I've eaten I cant think striaght forget words. Feel like I have Alzheimers or something....

Does anyone else get this or know a way to reduce the symptom?

I get the same thing. It seems to either have lessened a bit over the years or Ive just gotten used to it. I have no solution to it but youre not alone. I often tell my bf I feel like i have alzheimers.

Prednisone does this to me. Could it be a med?

Teddtlove I don't take any Prednisone and haven't for a few years. So it's not that, but I do recall it did make my head feel terrible.

Prednisone did just the opposite for me. When I am taking 40 mgs, the world is crystal clear and I am on the ball. Below 10 and I feel like a confused unfocused mess.

I would check the side effects of the things you are taking. Don't just assume that chinese herbs have no side effects.

Yeah, i'd second the possible side effects of your supplements and chinese meds.
