I have not had a Whopper in years,sets me off in about a half hour.
Methyl B12, 5htp,tyrosine,over 5mg melatonin perhaps over 2.5mg,methyl folate,arginine,iron pills,
even small amounts of concentrated sea minerals.
Isatis Cooling-big disaster,VSL-3-disaster,Lutein-real big disaster,all 3 of these heavy cramping,
many of these are supposed to help UC. Wow almost enough to fill a spread sheet.
This stuff made me miss my 40th high school reunion.
