iNOS Colitis Oleic Acid/Olive Oil Experiment-Need People

Ive now read through every link here it took me days and I tried very hard to understand these NO and NOS ideas and the correlation and flow of links.

Can you please annotate the links above at each step explaining what you are trying to say the article might prove.. and how it relates? I started at the very beginning with the olive oil story.. but it said nothing about NO or NOS.. then there were many many things touched on, some not mentioning NO or NOS.. so Im a bit confused.

I know you have put alot of time into this, so basics may be missing for those of us that are just reading your post.

I actually met with this doctor once. He is incredibly expensive and doesnt take insurance, but seems like a very smart man and Ive debated going back to him and paying out of pocket. You are supposed to expect the first year to run you about 8k between doc visits and lab testing..

So this response is a blended response to a few sub-themes I read above.

In boulder today to see docs I will have access to 'whole paycheck' and I will buy their steak as its the best I have seen plus some salmon and always get improvement from those two.

Recently I have been cooking filet mignon low fat steaks in EVOO and putting EVOO onto my 'Harvest Seeded' toast instead of butter which has sunflower seeds etc, I toast it and put sliced eggs onto it with cheese for breakfast.

Not quite 3 tablespoons but if I used it on my salad I would be getting a lot closer. The brand I use I discovered at an Italian restaurant and is good enough to simply dip bread into.

Colavita EVOO is very good.

I dropped the evening steaks and went back to morning buttered toast this week and was just noticing my waste is more acidic and poorer quality. Back to program-A and EVOO :)
