@Mr Natural - Was there anything specific that once you ate a few hours later or the next day you reacted and basically said wow... I'm not eating that again... That's sort of what I am looking for. Even better if you actually tried it again and said wow... never again, this time i mean it :)
The answer to your question is no. There were times I suspected I had a winner, but would then see on my diet chart that I consumed the same item before with no problems. I was unable identify any correlation between foods, herbs, 'emotional well being' and my bad UC days.
If you are familiar with databases, or know someone who is, you may want to consider using one to manage data instead of a simple spreadsheet. Excel is a powerful tool, but depending on your approach it may not effectively map discrete ingredients in a product (as an example, the swirl of chemicals added to a commercial curry sauce) and individual health reactions. I want your effort to be a success, so will once again recommend investing the bulk of the effort in planning and design.
